Accessible information:
The hotel has level access and a lift to all floors, some guestrooms have been modified and most public areas are fully accessible. Please contact the hotel for full information on the accessible guestrooms

Business services and internet access:
Free WiFi internet access is available throughout the hotel, all guest rooms have WiFi. Fax and photocopying services are also available (at a charge)

Cancellation policy:
Standard Cancellation Policy: 12 noon on the day prior to arrival

With the exception of pre paid non refundable bookings

Check in: 2.00pm
Check out: 11.00am
Late Checkout times can be pre arranged on request and when available, free of charge

Car parking:
Free on site car parking, lit at night, for 60 cars

Children and families:
Children of all ages are very welcome. A number of family rooms are available Children under the age of 3 years stay free when sharing an adults room 

Cots and high chairs are available free of charge

Currency and credit cards accepted:
The hotel accepts payments made by cash (Sterling only), most major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Delta, Solo, American Express). The hotel is unable to accept personal or travellers cheques

Advance payment may be made by any of the aforementioned methods or by bank transfer. Please contact the hotel finance department for details

Damages:
Delayed or amended charges. A charge will be applied to the value of repairs required for damages to fittings and furnishings which are found in bedrooms subsequent to a guest’s departure. If smoking is detected in bedrooms then a full day’s charge will automatically be made.

Deposit Policy:
A valid credit card is required to guarantee all bookings. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise cards.

Food service:
Food is served all day every day in our restaurant, and in the extensive lounge and bar areas of the hotel. We serve food in all areas between 12 noon and 9.00 pm. Lunch is available between noon and 5.00 pm. Dinner is served between 5.00pm and 9.00 pm. Snacks, light bites and sandwiches from 12 noon to 9.00pm every day. The hotel also has extensive room service offering a range of hot food from 12.00noon to 9.00pm and snacks at any time. Children’s menus are available

Online payments:
Credit/debit cards are accepted as a form of guarantee and payment online

Pets:
The hotel is pet friendly and well behaved dogs are welcome in guest rooms by prior arrangement, certain guest rooms are designated for dogs.  Guide dogs are also welcomed. Dogs are not permitted in the public areas of the hotel.

There is no service charge. Gratuities are at the customer’s discretion

The hotel is committed to providing its guests and associates with a smoke free environment. All bedrooms, public areas and functions rooms are non smoking
