“We had originally booked into a Hotel in Folkestone that we found disgusting (Burstin) for various reasons, I got a complete refund and checked Booking.com, found a hotel and called direct, this Hotel’s compact double knocked the socks off of the previous Hotels supposed Executive room, breakfast was fine and both Cyril (Front of House) and Louiza (Breakfast) I’m terribly sorry but I didn’t get the name of the lady at Front of House upon leaving, all cheery, helpful and Fantastic advocates of your Hotel. No it’s not The Ritz, and doesn’t pretend to be, but it is nice, friendly and very clean-Highly recommended!”

Crimbo Break

“Just spent 3 nights over Christmas. The staff were so friendly and happy. Took our dog and she was made welcome even given a little bag of biscuits Christmas morning. The room was quirky being on 2 levels. The top level looked over the sea so we had morning coffee in here. Loved everything about this hotel. Value for money. Thank you for a lovely break. Happy New year to you all. “

Weekend away

“Lovely hotel very clean. Staff were very polite and friendly. We had a room with a sea view. A lovely big room with a big window. The room was very warm as it was a cold weekend. Breakfast was cold so we returned it. This hotel is a good base for the town .”

Great for a short family break

“Initially attracted by this hotel because it’s prices were very reasonable and they could also accommodate our dog. Hotel clean throughout and reception staff friendly and helpful. We had two rooms booked that both overlooked the sea. Very comfy mattress and pillows. Good shower. Buffet style breakfast, including full English, was tasty and breakfast room also overlooked the sea. We would happily return.”
